Many homeowners or renters insurance policies extend coverage to items stored in a self-storage unit. If your policy provides coverage, simply enter your insurance carrier, policy number, and policy expiration date.

Electronically sign the Storage Rental Agreement and, if applicable, the Tenant Insurance Agreement.
Once your rental is complete, you'll receive an email with your unit number, the combination to the temporary red lock securing your unit, and your Welcome Letter.
Please bring your own disc-style storage lock, as recommended in the Welcome Letter. When you arrive:
Unlock and remove the temporary red lock.
Leave the red lock inside the storage unit.
Secure the unit with your own disc lock.
You're all set and can begin moving in at your convenience!
You can access your storage unit every day from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, giving you convenient access to your belongings seven days a week.
No. Our units are not climate controlled. However, many items store very well in traditional drive-up storage when packed properly.
We encourage you to read our blog, "Do You Really Need a Climate-Controlled Storage Unit?", to learn whether a climate-controlled unit is necessary for the items you plan to store.

Moving out is easy!
Simply log in to your online account and submit a move-out request at any time. You may also notify us by email, text message, or phone call.
While advance notice is appreciated, it is not required.
Before you move out, please remember to:
Remove all of your belongings.
Remove your personal lock.
Leave the unit clean and empty.
No problem! Just give us a call. After verifying your identity, we'll provide you with the combination to the temporary lock securing your unit.
For the best security, we recommend using a disc-style storage lock. These locks are more resistant to cutting and tampering than standard padlocks.
Your Welcome Letter includes a recommendation for the type of lock to purchase before moving in.
